We were excited to see the Google Doodle this morning honoring Mary Leaky and the 100th anniversary of her birth. She was a renound anthropologist and archeologist and contributed much to both fields. She left a legacy of knowledge and discovery, as well as her progeny – many of whom have continued her work expanding the horizons of what we know about early human ancestors and how we think about them.
