This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about our information collection practices, including how we collect information; what information we collect; why we collect information; how we use the information we collect; with whom we share the information we collect; how you can access, modify or delete your personal information; and what kinds of security we use to protect the information you provide.

Use of our website, communicating with us, or using the services offered by us constitutes your agreement to the terms of this privacy policy. Information We Collect

We may collect personal data, including any information about you that identifies you as a natural person, and in limited circumstances, we may collect special categories of your personal data including data concerning your health or biometric data.

When your information is submitted to us through our services, when you correspond with us, or we receive information about you from a third party such as a lead generator or CRM/marketing tool, we receive and store that information, including personal information. Personal information includes any information that could reasonably be used to personally identify you or a third party individual, including information automatically obtained through “cookies” when you use our website and its various pages, and information you provide to us when you contact us. Depending on how you engage our services or how we receive it, your information may include:

b) information that permits us to provide our services, such as booking or making reservations for you, including phone number and mailing address;

c) information once you have confirmed your travel including all items requested on our Pre-Trip Questionnaire including birthdates, passport numbers, citizenship, place of birth, and whether you smoke; and

d) information that is considered a special category and is necessary to including height and weight, health conditions, and health and dietary concerns;

e) travel information including information about any group members with whom you are traveling and tell us about, flight information, hotel reservations, transfers, or other arrangements as needed to coordinate travel, and any other information that you may provide to us;

f) information about the services that you use, how frequently you use them, and your responses to the offerings and advertisements presented or made available by us;

g) information about the searches you perform on our website and how you use the results of those searches;

h) transaction-related information such as credit card or other preferred means of payment, billing information, or a history of purchases (while we collect credit card payment information, we do not store it – it is sent directly to our payment processors and within our system we either do not receive it or we promptly destroy it); and

i) information about any devices, connections and methods used to access and interact with us.

When you visit our website or, we also automatically receive and record certain information that your web browser provides, such as: your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, domain names, type of device and operating system, pages, and information about your usage and interaction with us.

How we Use Personal Information

Except as stated in this policy, we will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Services

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, to answer your request for information about our trips, to register you to receive newsletters with your consent, to make a booking or bookings on your behalf including with third parties, to provide you with information about our company and/or services, and to receive and implement feedback on those services.

We will also use personal information allows us to understand your needs as a customer and determine eligibility for our products and services; to inform you about our products and services or those of our partners that may be of interest to you; to provide ongoing service and support; to ensure the safety and security of our travelers and products.

If you make an inquiry or booking with us, we may share your personal information with third-party suppliers and service providers to the extent necessary to provide you with a proposal and/or perform our contract with you, and to the extent necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests. For example, if you make an inquiry with us, we will share your last name and travel interests. If you book with us, we must necessarily share your full name, age, travel preferences and other personal information in order to arrange and finalize bookings and reservations. These third-party suppliers and service providers may have different information practices, which will be governed by their privacy policies, which we recommend you read as well.

Because it is necessary to our contract with you and to the implementation of our legitimate interests you must also consent to our sharing this information. If you fail to consent, we may not be able provide our services to you. By making an inquiry or booking, you hereby consent to our sharing your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy. While you may withdraw your consent at any time, we are still able to share your information pursuant to the lawful purposes stated in the previous paragraph.

We disclose personal information to third parties whose services are required for us to provide our services to you. Depending on the particular services we provide to you, we will disclose your information to the following types of third parties:

  • Tour operators, outfitters, and guides
  • Cruise lines

Third Parties Providing Services

Our Services may include features or functionalities provided by third parties. Also, to the extent necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests, we and our authorized service providers such as marketing agencies and data analytics providers may will use your personal information to analyze your business with us, including your inquiries, bookings and preferences, which we may use to review, develop and improve our products and services; improve our customers’ experiences; and for internal market research, strategic development, and statistical analysis. We disclose personal information to third party processors whose services are highly useful and assist in the functioning of our Services, including:

  • Google Analytics. Purpose: Anonymous usage tracking and marketing data
  • Hotjar. Purpose: Anonymous usage tracking and marketing data
  • Gravity Forms WordPress plugin. Purpose: Collect initial contact information for your inquiry
  • HubSpot. Purpose: Lead collection and maintenance
  • MailChimp. Purpose: Maintain email direct marketing list for contacts that opt-in
  • Zicasso. Purpose: Lead generation and results analysis
  • Smartsheet. Purpose: Web-based client information storage
  • In-bound tour operators. Purpose: Proposal development

Business Transfer

In the event that ownership of us was to change as a result of a merger, acquisition, or transfer to another company, your information may be transferred. If such a transfer results in a material change in the use of your information, you will be provided notice (which may be via updates to this page) about the choices you have to decline to permit such a transfer.

The security and integrity of your personal information is important to us. All personal information is stored in secure databases to prevent unauthorized access. Complex passwords, encryption devices and firewalls protect these databases. Access to your personal information is limited to our authorized employees and any of the third-party suppliers who require information to provide the travel services you have requested. Personal information that is held in hard copy, such as when you call us with a credit card number for payment, is promptly destroyed and/or stored in a locked safe.

Although we take precautions to protect the personal information you provided to us, no system is 100% secure or error free. Therefore, we do not and cannot guarantee the security or accuracy of the information we gather.

Access, Correction, Deletion, Retention and Other Rights

      • Change/correct inaccurate data we have about you.
      • Have us delete data we have about you.
      • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We will correct or remove inaccurate information or delete information as requested as long as we do not need to retain the information for legitimate business or legal purposes. We also reserve the right to verify whether the information is correct.
