Who can earn the travel credits?
All travelers who have confirmed at least one trip with Africa Adventure Consultants can refer friends or family and earn a $250 credit per confirmed trip referred, with a few exceptions. Travel agents and their families and current Africa Adventure Consultants employees and their families are not eligible.
Referrals must not already be in our database and tell their Journey Specialist who referred them before confirming their trip.
How much will I earn?
A $250 credit will be issued for each booking group referred, regardless of the number of travelers in each group or how many separate invoices a group has. There is no limit to how many referral credits you can earn or how many you can apply towards a future trip.
What can the credit be used for?
The credit may be used towards a trip booked through Africa Adventure Consultants. The trip must be valued at $5,000USD per person or more. Credit may not be used towards airfare, park fees, standalone hotel nights, tips, visas, ticketing fees, items of a personal nature, travel insurance or non-commissionable activities.
When will I receive my credit?
Credit will be issued after your referral has confirmed their trip with Africa Adventure Consultants and paid their deposit.
What other terms and conditions are there?
Credits cannot be used towards an initial deposit and will not be refunded, but credits can be carried forward for up to 3 years from referral’s trip confirmation date.
This program is in effect starting July 15, 2022. Referrals who confirmed their trip before July 15, 2022 are not eligible for this credit.
Referrals traveling with members of our Livingstone Club members are not eligible. Referrals must be traveling independently of past Africa Adventure Consultants travelers.
