Travel + Leisure named safari specialist Africa Adventure Consultants as one of the Top 10 safari outfitters in the world in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and most recently in 2023. Conde Nast Traveler named Africa Adventure Consultants as one of the best travel specialists in the world in 2021.

AAC President Kent Redding was named to the Travel + Leisure A-List, its annual editors’ choice of the best travel advisors in the business four times, most recently in 2025. Kent has also been named by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the top travel professionals in the United States for the sixth time, most recently in 2024.

I wanted to plan an extraordinary safari for me and my son and all I can say (without writing a novel) is that our expert travel designer from Africa Adventure Consultants superseded all expectations. Our requests were tricky – gorilla trekking in Rwanda, followed by safari in Sabi Sand. Add to that the fact that we were starting and ending our journey in Cape Town, where my son was on a semester abroad. These places are not particularly close and as such, it made the whole shebang a snake pit of travel gymnastics. But, (she) took it on, with the most gracious and lovely ‘plane-side’ manner, crafting this tricky itinerary in such a way that we felt we were both immersed in our activities and had a chance to fully take in and relax in each amazing destination.
